Up to year 2015 PT. Supraco Lines has owned 1 unit MOPU and 16 unit Ships which are 2 Crane Barge, 1 CSMP Barge, 2 Anchor Handling Tug, 4 Tugboats, 6 Hopper Barge, and 1 Sea Truck to support 2 Package of Dredging Project and RCB Project.

RCB & CSMP Barge
The Company latest development (2012) in its service line is River Crossing and River Bank Repair (RCB) which involves our Marine and Construction business units in an Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Project. In this service the Company use a Cement Stabilized Mud Paste (CSMP) Barge to reinstate the protective blanket which covers the pipeline gas production in Mahakam River.

Cement Stabilized Mud Paste (CSMP) Barge is a barge with CSMP Module on top which serve as a batching plant. The module will process Cement, Mud, and Coconut Husk into a paste which then will be used to cover pipelines located across the river (River Crossing) and along the river (River Bank) in Mahakam River. The blanket reinstatement will then be topped by concrete matrass or rigrop (stone).

Construction – EPCI
In 2013, we had an EPCI – Peluang project with Santos Madura Offshore Limited. In this contract we build an installation at Maleo Production Platform (MPP) Facilities Process. This installation proposes to raise the limit of gas production which is supply for PGN Area Surabaya and nearby. We also do a fabrication for spool and piping in Gresik’s workshop. The all fabrication products were mobilizing and installing in our MPP. This contract period is 6 months, from September 2013 until March 2014.



Dredging And Lifting
Our services include providing dredging and lifting activities with proper crane capable for both activities in shallow waters and coastal sea of the Mahakam Contract area in East Kalimantan.
